Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply: Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland.

Shipping methods

Germany

Within Germany we ship with DHL Paket.

Abroad 

Abroad (everything except Germany) we ship with DHL Paket International.

Shipping costs

(including statutory value added tax)

Germany

Deliveries up to an order value of 99,99€ : Shipping costs 5,00€ 
From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Abroad

Deliveries up to an order value of 299,99€: Shipping costs 12,80€ 
From an order value of € 300.00 we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Germany

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract.

Abroad

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract.
